Mario a décidé qu'il était temps pour lui de prendre des vacances, alors il est parti au royaume Tofu pour un peu de repos et de détente, en des endroit qu'il avait visiter dans le passé. Quand Mario va acheté son billet, il remarque une grande boule de lumière venant du ciel. Tout le monde coura dans un mouvement de panique et certaines personnes sont morte dans se massacre. Lorsque Bowser voit que Mario est à Tofu, il kidnappa la fameuse Geisha avec ses trois sbires. Un de ses sbires étant touché et couché sur le sol dit à Mario que Bowser est allé dans la vallée de l'exil, il met également en garde Mario que les personnes qui y sont allés ne sont jamais revenu. Donc, avant de mourir, il donne à Mario une carte où se trouve la vallée. Mario dois partir dans un nouveau pays, avec une nouvelle quête, alors qu'il partait en vacances ... Super Loco Spoof! est un hack de SMB1. Vous remarquerez qu'il y a quelques changements dans ce hack, comme la possibilité de tirer tout en étant petit. Les joueurs auront leur dose de difficulté puisque les niveaux sont difficiles.
